In a painfully awkward mix-up, the show's host Sarah Murdoch wrongly announced runner-up Kelsey Martinovich as the show's winner on live TV.

As an elated Kelsey, 29, began to celebrate her supposed win, fireworks went off on the stage behind her and apparent runner-up Amanda Ware.

But just a few seconds after the announcement, Sarah's face turned to shock and she could be heard whispering, 'Oh my God,' as a producer fed something into her earpiece from behind the scenes.

'Oh my God. I don't know what to say right now. I'm feeling a bit sick about this. No... I'm so sorry about this. Oh my God. I don't know what to say,' the then 48-year-old began.

Noticing the change of mood, both Kelsey and Amanda, 28, fell quiet, as the show's studio audience sat in confusion.

After taking a moment to let the news sink in, a stunned Kelsey and Amanda tried their best to remain gracious, despite the embarrassing mishap.

Kelsey tried to reassure a devastated Sarah that it was fine, but the host seemed inconsolable: 'This is ridiculous! How could this happen?! Ohhh! My goodness.'

But almost 10 years on, everyone involved in the embarrassing incident has seemingly moved on.

Sarah now resides in Los Angeles with her husband of 21 years, Lachlan Murdoch, and the couple's three children, sons Kalan, 15, Aidan, 13, and daughter Aerin, nine.

Twitter was just coming of age and he was dragged by everyone from circus artist Pink, children's entertainer Katy Perry to the POTUS, he apologized, he begged for forgiveness and even claimed to love Taylor's 'You Belong With Me' hit song (shout out to those of us that remember Kanye's blog), his tour with Lady Gaga was cancelled...things went south for Kanye very quickly. But if you just focus on the work and you don’t let those people sidetrack you, someday when you get where you’re going"

Kanye was dragged by the press once again and although his wife Kim tried to defend him by claiming to GQ magazine that she had recording of the phone call, Taylor implied she was brainwashed and afraid of Kanye "Taylor does not hold anything against Kim Kardashian as she recognizes the pressure Kim must be under and that she is only repeating what she has been told by Kanye West" (so much for feminism!) blah blah blah, you know all this. Everyone laughed it off and continued to drag Kanye and now Kim. Taylor went back to her showing off her boring relationship with Clementine Harris.

Mandarin Harris' response was to drop a song called 'Ole' (originally written by John Newman) written from the perspecive of a cheating man that features lyrics like this:

Now, every website on Earth has picked through all of the 'Famous' drama and the video that Kim used to outclass and outplay one Taylor Allison Swift so I won't go into it, y'all can do your own work. All I will focus on is the huge outpouring of backlash that the video lead to, many of the general public were sick of Taylor's perpetual victim complex and even those that (understandably) hate Kim and Kanye, supported this.

The year is 2016 and America has finally grown sick and tired of Taylor's fragile white woman shenanigans, shameless aggressive media playing, manipulation and ego. Worst of all she lied big time, used people's sympathy, was caught in a lie and refuses to own up to it. The tide has turned for the worse for Terror Swift, her biggest card, her favorite card; the forever fragile innocent child-like white victim has not only been declined but it has been cut to pieces right in front of her.

However will she come back from this?

On the plus side, save for Beyoncé, nobody comes off well in this shambles and all deserve to be dragged in some way, which is what makes Swiftmas In July (copyright me) such a truly universal uniting event.
