Every time I come in the nail techs do a great job. Been going here since 2021. They have nice staff but they do take while. It doesn't bother me because I would rather them take their time and get it done right the first time then be quick and mess it up. I usually always come here unless it's too busy and can't get an appointment in but I love this nail shop. Show
Every one is VERY GOOD at what they do BUT… really needs to do way with appointments. Business doesn't even have enough people on staff to uphold appointments (3 people on staff). I walked in with only one person in waiting ( 1) 30 minutes later, women (2) walks in who made an appointment with a tech who wasn't working (per request) , she even asked “where it the other woman at”. When a tech was available, women(2) who came in 30 minutes with appointment after me got to go first. Even though the person she requested to do her nails for her appointment wasn't working. Other women(1) who was in waiting room when I arrived leaves for 30 minutes to go get something to eat. Another woman (3) shows up, doesn't even sign the sign-in sheet. So I'm assuming she either has a appointment or just left for over an hour and came back. At this point, I've been waiting for over an hour. So instead of one person being in front of me… has turn into three. EVEN THOUGH I've been in the waiting area for an hour and a half. But then ANOTHER WOMAN(4) walks in and does the same thing that women(3) does. ALL FOUR WOMEN WENT BEFORE ME. Needless to say, I'm pissed. Either do walk in or appointment only. Should be strictly be first come first served. AND IF YOU LEAVE, YOU LOSE YOUR PLACE.Kelly is great I'm satisfied with my nails every time I leave but the wait is rediculous all the time sometimes I've had to wait hours at a time 😔 … I have natural nails and use a gel polish to keep them long and strong. I decided to pop into this place To repaint my nails, same polish, simple. The girl did not soak my nails but instead used the drill to remove the polish and then … This place was great! The techs are super sweet and gave me EXACTLY what I wanted. I'm rough on my nails so they normally last me anywhere between one or two weeks. It's been a month and my nails areStill on. The prices are good too! I highly recommend! I do not recommend this place they charged me 195 for a full set and a pedicure and I didn’t even get a massage. Go to Angel Nails
