I am fairly new to using spotify, if I have in the past it was usually the web browser version. I have downloaded the app but every time I leave the app(not fully exit out, if you get what I mean) the song will play for maybe 10 more seconds then stop. Same thing happens if I lock my phone or my phone just locks automatically. This is making it impossible to listen to anything. All the research I have done says to uninstall/restart etc. I’ve done that twice now and it worked for like 20 minutes then started acting up all over again! I have an iphone xs. Any ideas on what is going on and how to fix it?! Thanks.
When using bluetooth headphones (AirPods Pro) I can neither let the phone (iPhone 12 Pro running iOS15) go to sleep, exit the app or even lock the device otherwise it stops playing, and will only resume once I go back to the app. It will also not play if you press play from the control centre, unless, you open the app.
I have to reboot the phone and then is back to normal for a bit, then this madness again.
This is driving me crazy, is anyone else experiencing this? Is there anything I can do, other than wait for a fix?
Worked in the AM. Started acting weird at 1pm. Clean uninstall didn't help. I'm on Iphone. Thought it was headset related but no, it stops playing at random times when I let it run the mobile phone's speaker. Low key thought the neighbours are messing with me, but I think they are too dumb to get remote controll of an iphone app.
Suggestions?
