Đơn giá xây dựng công trình (qđ số 1901/qđ-ubnd)

Ngày 14/7/2020 UBND tỉnh Bà Rịa Vũng Tàu đã ban hành Bộ đơn giá xây dựng công trình tỉnh Bà Rịa Vũng Tàu năm 2020 gồm 06 phần như sau:

• Đơn giá xây dựng công trình tỉnh Bà Rịa Vũng Tàu theo Quyết định 1901/QĐ-UBND
• Đơn giá lắp đặt hệ thống kỹ thuật của công trình tỉnh Bà Rịa Vũng Tàu theo Quyết định 1902/QĐ-UBND
• Đơn giá khảo sát công trình tỉnh Bà Rịa Vũng Tàu theo Quyết định 1903/QĐ-UBND
• Đơn giá sửa chữa và bảo dưỡng công trình tỉnh Bà Rịa Vũng Tàu theo Quyết định 1906/QĐ-UBND
• Đơn giá thí nghiệm chuyên ngành tỉnh Bà Rịa Vũng Tàu theo Quyết định 1905/QĐ-UBND
• Đơn giá lắp đặt máy và thiết bị công nghệ tỉnh Bà Rịa Vũng Tàu theo Quyết định 1904/QĐ-UBND

Cơ sở xác định bộ đơn giá xây dựng công trình tỉnh Bà Rịa Vũng Tàu

Định mức áp dụng:

Căn cứ theo Thông tư số 10/2019/TT-BXD ngày 26 tháng 12 năm 2019 của Bộ Xây dựng ban hành định mức xây dựng.

Cơ cấu chi phí của bộ đơn giá gồm:

Chi phí vật liệu:

Chi phí vật liệu trong bộ đơn giá được tính theo giá vật liệu theo giá vật liệu xây dựng trung bình các tháng của năm 2020 trên địa bàn tỉnh Bà Rịa – Vũng Tàu đã được Sở Xây dựng công bố (mức giá chưa có thuế giá trị gia tăng). Đối với những loại vật liệu xây dựng chưa có trong công bố giá thì tham khảo giá thị trường

Chi phí nhân công:

Chi phí nhân công tính trong bộ đơn giá xây dựng công trình tỉnh Bà Rịa Vũng Tàu được tính theo Quyết định số 132/QĐ-SXD ngày 08 tháng 7 năm 2020 của Giám đốc Sở Xây dựng tỉnh Bà Rịa – Vũng Tàu về việc công bố đơn giá nhân công xây dựng trên địa bàn tỉnh Bà Rịa – Vũng Tàu

Chi phí máy thi công:

Chi phí máy và thiết thi công trong bộ đơn giá được xác định theo Quyết định số 130/QĐ-SXD ngày 08 tháng 7 năm 2020 của Giám đốc Sở Xây dựng tỉnh Bà Rịa – Vũng Tàu về việc công bố bảng giá ca máy và thiết bị thi công xây dựng trên địa bàn tỉnh Bà Rịa – Vũng Tàu.

Part 3: Your Responsibilities

When using WEBSITE Law Net requires you to register a Subscriber Name, Password, and some personal information before use. This information must be accurate, because it directly affects your interests.

When the user wants to change the registered information (Subscriber's name, user name, Email,...), the user must change in the Account information section;

You keep your Username and Password confidential. WEBSITE Law Net will not be responsible in cases where the password is changed due to disclosure by the user, or for many people to use together.

Part 4: Limiting Your Rights

Your rights are limited by the following provisions:

1. Do not copy, sell, sublease the right to use, or provide the Username and Password to a third party for use.
2. it is not allowed to use information and data from WEBSITE Law Net to develop (in whole or in part) another storage and search system for commercial purposes, including: sale, rental or commercial form. other trade.

Part 6: Handling violations

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any acts giving rise to liability and claims in connection with this Agreement shall be settled in the competent People's Court.

Part 7: Implementation

Notices and disclaimers on the WEBSITE Law Net are subsequently added to the Agreement.

If any provision of this Agreement, as well as subsequent notices and warnings, is unlawful, void and/or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed separate from those provisions. remainder of the Agreement, and without prejudice to the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

This Agreement entered into force on October 15, 2015.
