Cách mở đầu đoạn văn tiếng Anh

Với mỗi phần trình bày tại một buổi thuyết trình, bạn cần có sự mở đầu nhằm tạo hứng thú cho người theo dõi, đặt vấn đề sao cho hợp lý nhất. Vậy bạn đã biết cách mở đầu bài thuyết trình bằng tiếng Anh hay và ấn tượng? Hãy thực hiện theo 4 bước sau đây nhé!

4 bước đơn giản mở đầu bài thuyết trình bằng tiếng Anh hay nhất

Đến với một buổi thuyết trình, sự chào mừng những người tham dự, khán giả vô cùng cần thiết. Với các buổi thuyết trình tiếng Anh, bạn chỉ cần sử dụng các câu chào mừng đơn giản:

• Good morning/ afternoon/ evening, ladies and gentlemen. – Xin chào các quý bà và các quý ông!
• Hello/ Hi, everyone. – Xin chào các bạn.
• First of all, let me thank you all for comming here today. – Trước hết, tôi xin gửi lời cảm ơn đến tất cả các bạn đã đến đây ngày hôm nay.
• I’m happy/ delighted that so many of you could make it today. – Tôi rất hạnh phúc/ vui mừng khi nhiều bạn đến tham dự ngày hôm nay.
• I’m plesure to welcome you today. – Tôi vui mừng chào đón các bạn trong ngày hôm nay.
• It’s good to see you all here. – Thật vui khi được gặp tất cả các bạn tại đây.

Tiếp theo, người thuyết trình sẽ tự giới bản thân với các khán giả. Các mẫu câu sau có thể được sử dụng:

• Let me introduce myself. I’m David Elwood from… – Hãy để tôi tự giới thiệu về bản thân. Tôi là David Elwood đến từ…
• For those of you who don’t know me, my name’s… – Một vài người trong số các bạn không biết tôi là ai, tên tôi là…
• Let me just start by introducing myself. My name is… – Hãy để tôi bắt đầu bằng việc tự giới thiệu về bản thân nhé. Tên tôi là….

Bạn cũng có thể đề cập đến chức danh, vị trí, công ty mà mình đang công tác:

• As you probably know, I’m the new HR manager./ I’m head of logistics here at Air Spares./ I’m here in my funtion as the Head of Controlling. – Có lẽ các bạn đã biết, tôi là quản lý nhân sự mới./ Tôi là người phụ trách xuất nhập khẩu tại đây ở Air Spares./ Tôi ở đây với nhiệm vụ điều hành.
• As some of you know, I’m the purchasing manager. – Nhưng một vài bạn đã biết, tôi là quản lý mua hàng.
• I’m the key account manager here and am reposible for… – Tôi là quản lý khách hàng trọng yếu ở đây và tôi chịu trách nhiệm về…
• I’m the project manager in charge of… – Tôi là quản lý dự án có nhiệm vụ….

Có lẽ những người đến tham dự đã biết về chủ đề của buổi thuyết trình, tuy nhiên với tư cách là người trình bày, bạn nên đề cập lại chủ đề của bài thuyết trình. Trường hợp có nhiều bài thuyết trình nhỏ với các chủ điểm liên quan với chủ đề chính, bạn cần trình bày chủ điểm sẽ đề cập. Các cấu trúc câu mà bạn có thể sử dụng:

• As you can see on the screen, our topic today is… – Như bạn có thể thấy trên màn hình, chủ đề ngày hôm nay của chúng ta là….
• Today’s topic is… – Chủ đề ngày hôm nay là….
• What I’d like to present to you today is… – Điều tôi muốn trình bày với các bạn ngày hôm nay là…
• The subject/ topic of my presentation is… – Chủ đề thuyết trình của tôi là….
• In my pesentation I would like to report on… – Trong bài thuyết trình của mình, tôi muốn báo cáo về…
• In my talk I’ll tell you about… – Trong phần trình bày của mình, tôi muốn nói về…
• Today I’m going to talk about… – Hôm nay, tôi muốn nói về..
• I’ll be talking about … – Tôi sẽ nói về…

Để tiếp tục phần giới thiệu bài thuyết trình bằng tiếng Anh, bạn cần đề cập đến các lý di khiến người nghe thấy hứng thú hoặc quan tâm tới đề tài của mình. Bạn có thể nói như sau:

• My talk is particularly relevant to those of you/ us who… – Phần trình bày của tôi đặc biệt liên quan đến bạn/ chúng ta, những người…
• Today’s topic is of particular interest to those of you/ us who… – Chủ đề hô nay đặc biệt liên quan đến bạn/ chúng ta, những người…
• Today’s topic is very important for you because … – Chủ đề ngày hôm nay rất quan trọng với bạn bởi vì…
• My/ The topic is/ will very important for you because… – Chủ đề của tôi rất quan trọng với các bạn vì…
• By the end of this talk, you will familiar with… – Trước khi kết thúc phàn trình bày này, các bạn sẽ cảm thấy vô cùng quen thuộc với…

4) Likewise, if popular media provides good news such as educational, scientific news, and so on, it can motivate the young generation to achieve more knowledge.

6) In general, even though it is preferable to study English in an English-speaking country, a reasonable level of English can be achieved in one’s own country, if a student is gifted and dedicated to studying. To sum up, if the population explosion continues, many more people will die of starvation in poor countries, and life in the cities, even in affluent nations, will become increasingly difficult.
7) To conclude, I recommend that the only sensible way to solve this problem is to educate young people about the dangers of drug use and to take steps to reduce the pressure of competition placed upon them.
8) In conclusion, nuclear technology certainly has positive uses but is nonetheless dangerous.  However, it would have been better if it had never been used to create nuclear weapons. If life on Earth is to continue, all the nuclear nations of the world should agree to disarm as soon as possible.
