Anyone else have an issue with the songs actually playing? I get around 15 seconds and get an error that either says the song is no longer available or something about the data can’t be decoded. iOS 14.6 iPhone 12 Pro AirPods Pro Support Communities / Music / Music on iOS My downloaded Apple music stops playing after a few seconds when I am out and about. I saw an earlier post with the same symptoms and tried the suggested remediation with no success. Steps taken: Force close app, turn off synch, deleted app, reinstalled, redownloaded. This just started happening a few weeks ago. Software release 14.6 Thanks in advance

It’s a known problem, several similar posts here. Hopefully, a fix is just around the corner but until then, to workaround, enable Cellular for Music and be sure to play only downloaded stuff when on the road. Hey damelya21, It sounds like you're having issues with music stopping at 15 seconds. We can understand wanting to get that resolved. We want to help. Does this happen on both Wi-FI and cellular data? Does the issue occur with both downloaded and streaming content? Does it happen both with and without headphones? Am having same issue with my Apple music. I be playing a song and all of a sudden it stops producing sound but it shows that the music was not paused. I have to close my Apple music every time it happens. Yeahh…Music downloaded with lossless plays for just 15seconds and stops all of a sudden. With WIFI or Cellular Data it doesn’t stop. Same issue! Too frustrating! Done everything Apple Support told me to do, but still not fix the downloaded music stopping! I gave Apple Music a try. But as much as I would like to stay, it's pushing me to go back to SPOTIFY!!! Never had any issues with SPOTIFY!!! Thread reply - more options

For me it has started to stop at 15 seconds sometimes since loseless music happened. It doesn’t happen all the time, I would say it happens half of the time. I am so frustrated now. All I want after a long day of work is to listen to my favorite music to cheer myself up. Please fix this soon apple!! Thread reply - more options
Noticed to have the same problem on iPhone 8 with IOS 14.6 and Apple Music. Yesterday used it with CarPlay. Songs of new Playlist „3D-Audio“ play for 15s and stop followed by a crash restarting CarPlay. Procedure reproducible. Now we have Dolby Atmos and crashing app. Great! After calendar problems with standard notifications not synchronized from Mac and 5 months of weekly support with no solution now Apple Music fails. Really Apple software quality more and more becomes crap in all ranks. And no, I don‘t wanna reset the iPhone anytime Apple fails! Spends my lifetime! Frustrating! Thread reply - more options

Looks like it’s been fixed, I had the same issue since the lossless update. But today I downloaded a full album in lossless and listened it offline, every single song played fully. Thread reply - more options
